Current Opportunities- Account Executive

Full time position. Candidates would be responsible for successfully selling electronic components into various industry segments, customers and territories. Don't live in the Tampa Bay area? No problem, you can work from home!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining an active customer base.
  • Meeting established goals, budgets and objectives established by management.
  • Outbound phone call to develop new lead/prospects.
  • Establishing relationships with buyers/management at OEM/CEM/EMS's (both domestic and international)
  • Manage incoming requirements and quoting procedures.
  • Coordinate all customer order transactions and order management.
  • Using custom designed proprietary market analysis software. (ERP and CRM)
  • Occasional limited customer site visits/travel may be required.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of at least 1-5 years of successful general sales experience or experience within the franchised or independent electronic distribution is preferred.
  • Committed to quality and customer service. 
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. 
  • Ability to make proactive decisions and handle customer service related issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Career driven with a professional attitude.
  • Self-motivated with an attention to detail. 
  • MS Office experience with Outlook, Word & Excel.
  • Bilingual a plus.

Salary- Base salary and commission commensurate with experience  

 

Current Opportunities- Excess Inventory Buyer

We're currently looking for ambitious individuals to join our growing Inventory Asset Management team. Candidates need to have a solid business sense, work well in a team and have strong communication and negotiation skills. MicroRam will train you and provide the tools ncessary for success! Clear, reasonable goals will be provided for growth and promotion path. This is a great opportunity for someone who's willing to put in the work up front for a longstanding career!   

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Prospecting OEMs and EMS providers for excess and obsolete inventory lists
  • Assist Account Executives with new and existing supplier development. 
  • Developing long term relationships with new and existing OEM and EMS companies 
  • Contact development research.
  • Contact related CRM entry. 
  • Heavy outbound B2B phone calls, email and social media contact. 

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school dimploma or GED required 
  • Outbound prospecting experience required. 
  • MS Office experience with Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Career driven with a professional attitude
  • Must have excellent time management skills and handle changing priorities
  • Working knowledge of relevant social media communication tools
  • Works well independently

Salary- $15.00 per hour 

 

Current Opportunities- Sales Associate

We're currently looking for ambitious individuals to join our growing Sales team. We're looking for high energy Inside Sales Associates eager to learn about the electronics industry. Candidates need to have a solid business sense, work well in a team and have a strong phone presence. MicroRam will train you and provide the tools necessary for success. This is a great opportunity for someone who's willing to put in the work up front for a longstanding career! Position advancement leads to your own account base + commission!   

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assistance to Account Executives for full account management. 
  • Heavy outbound cold calling and prospecting of new customers.  
  • Quoting of customers. 
  • Work with Purchasing on order fulfillment. 
  • Lead generation and qualification. 
  • Data entry and internet research. 
  • Email marketing campaigns. 
  • Data entry and report with Sugar CRM. 

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Committed to customer satisfaction.  
  • One year or more prior inside sales experience.  
  • One year or more of outbund telemarketing or cold calling experience.  
  • Effective and open communication skills. 
  • High school diploma or GED required.  
  • MS Office experience with Excel, Outlook or Word.  
  • Career driven with professional attitude. 
  • Must have excellent time management skills and handle changing priorities. 
  • Takes direction well but can also work independently.
  • Bilingual a plus!

Salary- $17.00 per hour
