Available to MicroRam employees after 90 days of full time employment.

Available to MicroRam employees whom meet the following requirements:
- At least twenty-one (21) years of age
- Complete one (1) year & one thousand (1000) hours from date of hire
Employer matches 25% of the first 4% of employee savings contributions.
Paid Time Off: (Vacation/Sick Days)
Available to full time MicroRam employees after ninety (90) days from start date.
MicroRam Referral Program
$200 check awarded to any full time staff member who refers an applicant that is hired on a permanent basis.
